How it works
Stage 1
Customers can choose from shops within 3, 5, and 10 kilometers radius from their current GPS location. Delivery charges will increase as distance from your GPS location increases.
Stage 2
Upon Choosing the shop, the items present in the shop will be displayed along with its prices. A final bill with total cost and delivery charges will be displayed. (Delivery is free for 5km radius)
Stage 3
Customers will be provided delivery options. The customers can opt to deliver their items by transport bus, which will deliver each day's orders in bulk from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m, or by auto-rikshaw/cab, which will collect the order based on instant availability.
While transport bus delivery is cheaper, it will not be available for houses that are not along the main roads. The delivery option might be greyed out according to the current GPS location.
Stage 4
Next Customers can opt for No-Contact Delivery (NCD) or Advanced No-Contact Delivery (ANCD). Advanced no contact delivery is done using drones. It can be selected only if total weight of package is less than 500 grams.
There will be extra charge for ANCD
Stage 5
The bill can be paid via UPI, Net Banking, Credit Card or Debit Card. There will be an option for donation of additional amounts too.
Stage 6
On paymement, an estimated time of arrival will be displayed. Customers can also view the bus/rikshaw/cab's current position live in a map on their order screen.
